My passion for kinesiology began when I started searching for answers for my baby's health issues. Having tried many different approaches, nothing helped as much as kinesiology. After seeing the incredible difference it made, I was inspired to retrain as a kinesiologist and am now a practitioner with a keen interest in helping others reach their potential and empowering them to better health mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I have also benefitted hugely from kinesiology along my own healing and learning journey and these experiences, along with those gathered from being a mother to two girls and finding my way through life and parenthood, are what inspire me to continue to help, empower and support others.

What I love about kinesiology is that it allows the body to speak for itself and reveal what is required to bring it back into a state of balance. I specialise in Neuroenergetic Kinesiology (NK), which brings together the western knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the eastern energetic and spiritual systems in a unique finger mode and acupressure formatting system that follows the anatomical,  physiological and energetic pathways to identify the location and type of stress and what is needed to release it, thereby optimising the body's natural healing ability. NK gets to the root of the issue rather than focusing on symptom management. I also bring in other things I have trained in along the way, which makes every session unique.

Having seen how powerful kinesiology has been for myself, my family and my clients, I have a particular interest in female health, fertility, pregnancy, birth, hormonal health and gut health.
